Here at Books N Gifts we are blessed to have a great team of staff to assist us with the day to day running of not one but two unique bookstores based in Berry and Nowra, NSW. Our operations are unique in that each of our bookstores incorporate traditional newsagency operations and in that they each also offer a wide selection of giftware, magazines and greeting cards. We also have a wonderful online store with deliveries Australia wide.
Since launching the Books N Gifts brand in 2020 we have grown to employ a fun team of 14 all living locally in the area, making us the biggest bookstore employer in the Shoalhaven.
Each of our wonderful staff are all fully trained and employed to provide you the customer with the best shopping experience when you step into our stores. In each of the stores we have 2 fabulous managers in Deb and Kirsty who lead the Books N Gifts customer service teams. They also assist with our gorgeous merchandising displays in addition to the processing of daily new stock arrivals, stock selection and in meeting and liaising with each of our sales reps.
Our operating hours are also unique with trading 7 days a week in both stores commencing at 7am each day in Berry and 9am in Nowra with Nowra also offering late night Thursday shopping. Leading up to Christmas we also offer extended Christmas trading hours.
