Refund policy
Books n Gifts will exchange any unused or undamaged item bought online within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is returned in its original condition including its packaging. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable for incorrect choice, and are to be returned to Books n Gifts at the customer's own cost and risk.
For an exchange via mail please send returned goods to the below address. We also happily accept exchanges in our Berry store.

To allow us to process the goods as quickly as possible, please include:
- A copy of the packing slip or receipt including the order number
- The reason for your return
- Your day time phone number
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
A staff member will contact you should we have any problems returning or exchanging your goods.
If you are returning an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Books n Gifts will fully refund any item that has a manufacturing fault. We unfortunately do not refund for change of mind purchases. Please contact us for a return advice should you need to.
